Workshop Format

Krista offers two-hour experiences, including a group healing and guided meditation on self-esteem, confidence, self-love and acceptance, immune conditions, cancer, transitions, and change.

Krista's group energy healing work is available online and in person. Energy healing with other people has the potential to be a meaningful experience. Coming together with the same intention for healing amplifies the energy and raises the vibration. She enjoys collaborating with wellness centers, retreats, yoga studios, healers, therapists, and healthcare providers. Free groups are offered as a community service as the need arises.
